Refund Policy
Effective July 8, 2026
If Presto isn't for you, one email gets a refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked, though if you'd like to tell us what didn't work, we'll genuinely listen.
How to get one
- Email support@trypresto.app within 14 days of your purchase, from the email you bought with (or include your order reference; it's in your Paddle receipt).
- We'll confirm, and the refund is issued through Paddle, our payment provider, to your original payment method.
- Money typically lands back in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
The obvious asks
Presto has a full-featured 14-day free trial, so you can know exactly what you're buying before any money moves. Please use it. And refunded license keys stop being valid.
After 14 days we handle things case by case; if something's genuinely broken for you, write to us anyway. We'd rather fix it or make it right than keep an unhappy customer's $49.
